Hi Folks,

Just a brief note to share with everyone just how impressive Sebastian’s session was yesterday at the AHRI leadership Conference. It was far and away the high point of the day and coming at the tail end of the day on the back of a lot of PPT shows, the interview format (Sebastian playing the David Frost role) was a stroke of genius. It certainly helped that he had such great material to work with, Jim Betts – Secretary of the Dept of Transport VIC is one of the most compelling, articulate and enlightened leaders I can ever remember listening to, if you look up “Gets it!” in the dictionary, there’ll be a picture of Jim.

Sebastian’s presence was warm, inclusive and respectful to the audience and created a very safe environment for Jim to share some frankly challenging insights about his own journey and experience. All that and DG got a great plug! It was a real triumph and one of which Sebastian ought to be rightly proud.
