Raila Roinisalo (USA)

Raila is strategic human resources professional with extensive international experience in implementing leadership programs, developing the intercultural competence of business leaders and leading culturally diverse teams.

Her work has taken her to Finland, China and Italy where she has held several senior positions in a leading global telecommunications organisation. She is currently the owner of a HR consultancy firm based in the United States and work with clients in the Middle East, Asia, Europe, South America and Australia.

With so much experience gained in so many different countries and cultures, Raila has had the opportunity to develop a unique suite of skills and an appreciation of the complexities facing leaders in today’s fast paced, global  business environment.

Raila’s global leadership programs are transformational, combining the latest learning theories with practical work-related scenarios so that leaders can safely explore new concepts and develop new skills.

An important component of leadership development is identifying and nurturing the talent within an organisation. Kenton has 30 years of experience in working with and developing top leaders across 6 continents in highly complex and challenging business environments. Currently Kenton is the owner of his own Leadership and Organisation Development Consultancy coaching CEOs and other top level executives.

Kenton is known as a ‘Systems Coach’ working with leaders to reflect on their impact at individual, team, and organizational levels. He has been a consultant in change management, leadership and organisation development, most recently leading the management development function for a multi-national Fortune 50 organization across 170 countries with 41 thousand managers.

Working with senior leaders across the globe, Kenton has developed strong commercial acumen and understands the pain points for leaders and brings this reality to his coaching. A good listener and ‘hands on’ coach, Kenton has been recognized for combining big picture thinking with personal influence. His clients hold both international and regional positions across Asia Pacific and Australia, such as Xstrata, Downer, CAE, APG, Charter Hall, and Steadfast.

Originally from the United States, Kenton has been living and working in Australia and across Asia Pacific for over 10 years.  He holds a Master’s of Science degree in Organization Development from American University in Washington, DC which is consistently recognized as one of the top programs in the U.S.

Hector Ramos (USA)

Hector has professional international experience in the area of Applied Creativity and Innovation His area of expertise is the Osborn-Parnes’ Creative Problem Solving (CPS) and Decision Making frameworks, including creative cognition in the areas of cognitive fixation and insight. He uses other creativity and innovation principles to help clients empathize and understand markets, trends and clients.

He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Educational Psychology (Creativity, Intelligence and Giftedness) with focus on qualitative methods researching cognitive fixation in leaders from non-profit organizations. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Creative Studies and Change Leadership from the State University of New York, Buffalo College. Hector received the “International Center for Studies in Creativity Alumni Foundation Achievement Award”.

Prior to his Ph.D. studies Hector trained, facilitated and coached individuals and groups from the Civil Service College and Singtel (Singapore), Citibank (Indonesia), a Banking Directors Group (Dubai, United Arab Emirates), business directors undergoing the Buffalo College Creativity Certification Program (Mexico), and Group Leadership Forum (Texas A&M University, USA). Hector speaks Spanish, French and Italian.
